they took my pup in same-day! it was great, they were so kind and helpful! petsmart said that they couldn’t do my service because my puppy was too squirmy. when he got on the table at happy tails, he did great! i will be returning. the staff was so amazing.
If I can give 0 stars I would, they cut my golden doodle really bad down in his private area and his ears. My golden doodle now needs stitches. I called to ask what happened because this has never happened before in other grooming places. They said that's completely normal to happen. IT IS NOT NORMAL. My dog is traumatized, has not ate in days and will not leave the closet. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & DOG!
They did an amazing job on my cat. Flee bath, trimed her nails, did a cut for all a great price! Such great customer service, highly recommend.
