Happy Pups Bed and Biscuit

We took our two pups to stay at Happy Pups Bed & Biscuit this past weekend. Our springer is a COVID pup, meaning he was not socialized like he should have been and has high anxiety when not in his home. Our Mini Aussie is very leery of people too. Both have never been to a boarding facility and we were reluctant to bring them anywhere. This facility is extremely clean, reasonably priced, and the owners are professional and kind. My dogs were well cared for, clean, and happy when we returned. We LOVED seeing the pictures posted each day during play time. I have worked as a veterinary assistant in the past and my dogs are like my extra kids. I have very high standards of care and they were definitely met at Happy Pups. Friendly and clean eviroment. Knowledgeable and polite owners and staff. My pups are older and a bit of a handful. We had a great experience with no pressure from the staff. My experience with prior owners made me apprehensive of boarding my dogs. That is no longer the case. I and my hubby are looking forward to going away and feeling confident of the dogs care at this kennel. I have friends who recommend this kennel aa well. Never heard anything negative from others about this business, staff or owners. Confident we made an excellent choice for our pets needs.

We took both of our chows to Happy Pups for a long stay of 13 days. I am so pleased with our pets stay. We have never kenneled them before and I was a little worried. But I was able to see pictures of them daily and if I texted them they responded promptly. The girls that work their are very nice and treated our pets like their own. I wish I could give them ten stars they deserve it! I would recommend them to anyone who ever needs short or long term kenneling!!!!

My 2 are a bit of a handful. Never kenneled at 3 years old. They did wonderful there, and not a fight getting them to go in and be left. Wonderful, experienced owners. Good communication. Gives me a lot of peace when they are there. I would recommend to anyone seeking a kennel or day care.

This place is AMAZING. They treated our pups like their own! They paid special attention to our English Setters and their exercise needs! Their facility is extremely clean & comfortable for the dogs. Our babies came home soooo happy and sooo tired! 😂 What a great experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
