Iwona is simply the best! She’s been walking our two pups for several years now, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Our dogs are medium-sized rescues who require a bit of extra care and attention- it definitely takes a special person to handle them with the patience and understanding they need. Thankfully, Iwona is that person. She’s taken the time to build trust with our dogs, and they love and look forward to their walks with her! We have an anxious rescue dog who is 100lbs and takes an experienced handler to walk. Iwona with Happy Pawls made us feel comfortable immediately, and with our dog it was love at first sight. Iwona was receptive to our positive training methods & techniques we use to set our dog up for success on walks, which can be tricky in an urban environment. We trust her completely with our dog.
