Dog Groomers are now running scams in Henderson KY of all things now. Here is the experience today, Call and make an appointment, the mother or daughter states on the phone a little over a week for an open appointment(the following weekend) no issue, no problem ,understandable, you're busy. One of the two call back two or three days before the appointment to push it out another 2 weeks, ok no problem, you're busy or emergency issue. We state what all usual services done, which is normally a specific amount everytime same price. Because we usually take our dog here twice a year. This was the first time this year 2025. They lied and charged an extra $18.60 and then was blaming their credit card machine for the $3.60 extra fee. Not the extra $15 as well or where those extra costs came from or

Well I just love ❤️ this dog grooming business so much. I take my dog up there when he needs to get freshened up. The ladies are sweet, funny, nice, polite and awesome with the dogs. Ashley is the one that always cuts skeeter. She does an amazing job. And when she's done with him she always puts a little bow tie around his neck. If you've got a dog and don't know about happy hounds I suggest you go there. 100% great place

They were absolutely the best. I called them and told them I had a rescue dog. I had been trying to get the matted hair off of the dog but couldn't do it safely myself. They told me to bring her right in and as soon as I walked in the door, they went to work on the doggie.

The ladies here are amazing. They took excellent care of our Rosie. So very pleased with the grooming job they did. She is one very happy dog. Thank you Ashley for working her in today.
