Happy Hounds Boarding

Great farmhouse and field area for the dogs. Kennels look well-maintained, and our dog is always in high spirits when we pick him up.

You will not find a better place or better people to care for your dogs. My dog loves it there. He goes in and makes himself at home. It’s like taking your kid to grandma’s house, you know they’ll be spoiled, get more snacks than normal but you never worry about them being mistreated or forgotten. My dog goes there 4-5 x’s a year and has been since they opened. Why they have a 1 star review has to be more about the dog’s owner than the owners of this business.

Dog left unsupervised; response I received was we have lives too. I texted and called 4 hrs early to pick up dog and was not able to. I do not recommend this boarding place to anyone due to lack of communication and supervision. Not too mention I live 3 hrs away and I explained this .Yes pick up time was explained meaning I had to pick up by 5 pm . That's the way I wrote it down. I started calling and texted around 12 noon to let someone know I was picking up my dog . We received no response so we drove to the property and my husband was told someone had an eye apt at 1:30 and they would let us know. NO ONE EVER called or texted back ! Very unprofessional! Louis loves Happy Hounds for grooming. We have never boarded here but the place looks really nice. Megan is awesome! Our boy absolutely loves her and going to get his haircut. He's never scared to go in, always excited. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Such a nice place and plenty of room for the dogs to play. I had my dog,Tango groomed there. Kati always does a great job! After he got his haircut he played outside in the big fenced in yard. The facilities are very clean and comfy. I highly recommend Happy Hounds for boarding and grooming your furry babies!
