I am filled with deep gratitude for the care and compassion shown to me and my beloved cat, Teet Teet, by everyone at Hanover Veterinary Clinic. Even though I had only been a client for a couple of weeks, the kindness and empathy I received during Teet’s illness and when I had to make the heart-wrenching decision to put him down moved me profoundly. They treated both of us with such tenderness — giving me inked paw prints, a beautifully decorated little jar with his fur, and mailing a thoughtful card signed by the entire team with personal messages honoring Teet and our time together. Dr.Rowe even took the time to email me personally, reassuring me that I had done everything possible for him. You know a person's best soul when you see how they treat animals. Everyone from the office, tech and vets are special , knowledgeable, professional people. The kind that you want caring for your pet, and helping you with that care. Because they do care. It shows. I have a sweet rescue pup that in her past had many traumatic experiences. She's sweet but scared. The staff treat her gently. It's a gift.

I was introduced to the Hanover Veterinary Clinic through a promotional offer, and I found the whole team to be fantastic, both in how they cared for my beloved cat, and equally in how kindly they dealt with me. I feel as though I've found a forever-vet : -)

I highly recommend hanover veterinary clinic, Katie has been taking care of my service dog since 2020 and she has had the best care. The staff really cares about all of their patients. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl.

We have been to a lot of vets due to moving a lot and by far this clinic is our favorite. They truly care about getting to know your pet and listening to all of your concerns. We feel valued and that our little man is loved whenever we bring him. We will absolutely continue to bring our animals here and couldn't recommend it more!
