I was a bit confused in regards to their much higher prices in comparison to other local vets. I took a stray there to get neutered, turns out after putting him under, it was not needed. I had previously spoke to the staff about docking his ear, this wasnt done(so we can identify which stray/feral cats need fixed in the future). I was charge $80 for a feral cat to be put under anesthesia. I understand these things occur, but $80 seems excessive. The staff was pleasant, and seems to care for animals.The techs at the desk were helpful.

I had taken my other pets across the river to Quincy to get fixed but I am kicking myself now because this place was great and cheaper! The gentleman in the morning was friendly and gave me a good run down of what was expected for the surgery and the day. They called after surgery to let me know my pet was doing well and gave me all the details I needed. They even sent me home with a crate to borrow since I didn't have one. I hope I don't need vet services anytime soon, but if I do I definitely know where we will be going!

We weren't sure where to take the girls and honestly very nervous. We had to put down our Big last October and moved to a new place so we needed someone to take care of our girls like their own. This place was above and beyond. We felt so comfortable and they were so kind and caring. Highly recommend

Paul! MY MAN! ( not like that, people!) First, I called because my two cats who hadn't needed to go to a vet yet needed some help. Well, being a new cat owner, Paul was able not only to give me advice, but also hook me up with medication at a fair price for a single mother, but also get me in to a primary care Dr. For my fur babies as well! (And advice on how to get 1 of them to the Dr. who has EXTREME anxiety without medicating, although we probably will discuss that as an everyday option. ) good location, friendly people, & fair prices! Let's hope my gut is right and the beside manor and quality of care are up to the 5 star standard as well. See you guys soon!
