I adopted my dog from them a few days ago and it was such a pleasant experience! They made sure to use extra protective equipment when dealing with my puppy that isn’t fully vaccinated, and I appreciated that so much! Tyler was working with us and did an excellent job with communication about what comes with a new puppy. He was so kind! Their facility was also very clean. Such a wonderful experience all around.

I adopted a dog here and the staff were just wonderful. You can tell they are true animal lovers. I especially appreciate Amy. I returned to halo to donate a used blanket and asked Amy a few questions. She is VERY knowledgeable of how to care for adopted dogs and spent a lot of time with advice for this new y dog owner.

These guys were super nice, responsive and really cared for their dogs. We went there to meet our current dog and she is a sweetheart. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming and seemed to be genuinely animal lovers themselves. Our dog was I think 325 but that included all her shots, spayed, a bag of dog food, and she was there for several months so I imagine there was money for room and board as well (feeding her, staff, etc.) so I think that is very reasonable to pay.
