They take outstanding care of all our animals—our Livestock Guardian Dogs, multiple barn cats, and our therapy goats—and do so with skill, patience, and genuine compassion. My boy Chase passed away on Feb 2, 2026 while under their care, and at first I was struggling because I didn’t have answers and couldn’t get in touch with the vet right away. I left a review because I was hurting and wanted to understand what happened. Doctor Haley personally called me and took the time to talk with me and explain things. He was very kind, understanding, and genuinely sorry for my loss. I appreciate that he reached out and gave me the time to talk about Chase. Losing a pet is incredibly hard, and Chase meant the world to me. I’m grateful that the doctor took the time to listen and show compassion during such a difficult moment.

Dr. Haley and his staff are the best! We wouldn’t trust our animals with anyone else. Anytime we’ve needed to be seen, we’ve been helped with nothing but care and respect for our dogs. They are always professional and transparent with medical costs, and they don’t push anything unnecessary on us. We also appreciate the home town feel & welcoming smiles!

From the moment we called, we knew we had the right place. Everyone at this practice, from the initial phone call to our appointment with Dr. Haley and everyone in between, was kind, knowledgeable, informative, compassionate and extremely helpful. We are so grateful we found them and that they took amazing care of our little guy when he needed it most. He is recovering beautifully and we will be bringing him back for his yearly checks here (despite the 11 hour drive each way to get there if that tells you anything!). Do not hesitate to bring your pets here. The care and service are top notch!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I own 4 snakes, and there aren’t any exotic vets near me. My Hognose had some insane swelling come up, and I called 15 places trying to get him in (no luck). Called Dr. Haley’s office & spoke with the sweetest and most understanding lady! She got him in TODAY, not next month! I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here - and will gladly do it again! Dr. Haley was very receptive of my questions and concerns. Never took offense as I asked them, and handled my little guy so gently and with care! He owns snakes himself, and wants the best for them. I can’t thank him enough! My dad went with me, and was also very impressed with everything! I will recommend Dr. Haley to all of my reptile owning friends, and gladly take my other snakes to him too. Hi
