Hales Brothers Flooring

Good carpet, good install. Vinyl install was also great. But after 5 years Seven pieces/planks are lifting up and getting worse. The vinyl company went out of business and has no more planks to get (hmm, coincidence?). We only have 3 left over. Is that all on me, as the consumer?? I feel like Hales should take at least some responsibility. Brian's only help was to give the number of a repair person, which I'm paying for, and telling me to keep my fingers crossed. Keep my fingers crossed- For What? He said "that it doesn't get worse". Moral of story... Buy at least 15-20 extra planks to have on hand when the floor starts to come a part after a few years. I'll have no choice but to get a new floor withing year. It WON'T be from Hales.

It took a lot longer than expected to actually get the carpet. But they did an awesome job when they finally came. Communication could be better.
