Wonderful people and they are so nice to my Dog 🐕. They get you in very fast when you have an emergency. I love 💕 them.
Our 2 yr old beagle Oakley was hit by a car Thanksgiving evening. We called emergency number and sent us on our way to the clinic. We left from Mountrose and Dr. Larry was already there. Oakley is now a tripod pup and is improving daily. I give a lot of thanks to him and his staff. We are blessed to have, when our kids are in dire need. Randi and I thank you with our hearts.
So the cat lady next door took off to drive to town and didn't check under her hood for cats and dumped a kitten on the highway. My niece decided to adopted it despite the road burns on its face. These guys take care of both kinds of animals: large and small. That also helped out getting paperwork squared away for traveling with a kitten that fell out of the engine compartment and skidded on its face. And they have cheap dog food and all the ear tags you could want
We're so grateful Dr Larry and the staff were recommended to us after we had an issue with our previous long time vet. The staff is wonderful and they take great care of our Charlie. It's nice to have a vet who still cares about the animals and not just the money.
H & E west MO provided free vaccines during a community event to my three dogs. The vet who worked with us did them with absolute precision and swiftness, especially considering that one of my dogs is extremely reactive and liable to bite. He was in a muzzle when we arrived but that did not deter the doctor who ensured that the shot was quick and as painless as possible. Out of all of my three dogs not a single one so much as whimpered, it was truly the most positive and stress free experience possible all things considering. I would definitely go back to this place for shots. While I have not needed any of their other services, I would be willing to trust this doctor to proform them as he was very kind and professional to both me and my animals while also making sure things went as quic
