I've spent thousands of dollars with guineadad. I had a Timothy hay subscription for YEARS. Always received top quality first cut hay. Then about 18 months ago the quality started to really decline. I started getting mushy powder 2nd and 3rd cut hay. It gave my pigs diarrhea and was a total disaster. The owner Sean reached out after I complained and refunded my money and sent free first cut replacement hay. He said he noted my account that I would only receive 1st cut for my subscription and it wouldn't happen again. Then a few months back it did, for 2 shipments in a row! Customer service was a nightmare and hard to get any response from. Finally did get an email after a month of back and forth about sending a replacement even though I sent the pictures they demanded as proof of the hay q

By far the best bedding for guinea pigs, you can really tell they love and care about their customers. Their bedding is eco friendly and my piggies love them! Super easy to clean too! I can’t say enough about this brand lol. I always recommend it to anyone that tells me they have piggies of their own. They’ll definitely help in the long run! Thanks GuineaDad

Ordering hay from Guineadad just makes so much more sense. It’s better quality, easier than scooping from a messy bag and my pigs like it better!
