I adopted a dog from here today. Not only is the entire staff the most friendly people you will meet in your life. But the animals are so well taken care of, that the dog I adopted is already one of the most well behaved animals I have been around. I was a walk in, explained my familiarity with animals. And I had a new best friend with a few hours. The process was easy, and the facility was spotless. 10 out of 10, will try to volunteer here.Tommy Pickles seems to be very happy. I love my new best friend. I have renamed him Porthos.

They never answer the phone. I’m from out of town and I called multiple times on different days throughout the week, it kept ringing and they never answered the phone. I don’t know if it has to do with my out of state area code? I messaged on maps and asked: no answer. I was in town for the market and wanted to grab a shirt as a souvenir for my GF. I end up having to drive 1/2 hour there one way and their answer was no, the county does not allow them to sell them, I understand that part as it’s not on them.

We are adopting a sweet beautiful girl tomorrow. Everyone has been extremely kind and understanding in our hunt. We lost our boy of 12 years and miss him so we wanted to find a new member to love. We found Daisy (misty (shelter name)) thank you guys for helping us find a new family member.

They are very organized in their adoption process. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable. We were able to adopt our little fur baby.

Been on hold for 2 hrs and never talked to anyone. Waited for 10 minutes and called back still no answer I thought they had better answering system but I guess the people up front has better things to do instead of answering the phones. You want dogs adopted but when you call all you do is listen to the same music never a human voice asking can I help you. You don't want to drive an hour away. I know it's first come but answering the phones once in a while would help plus looks like you would change the music it's get boing after a while.
