From the moment I called, brought in my dog for treatment and left with him, we were treated with kindness, caring, and patience the entire time. Each staff member was excellent - front desk check-in/out, vet tech, and vet. I would like to thank them all for the kindness and compassion. The explanation of treatment options and honest estimates of cost, allowed me to make the right decisions for my pet and my finances during a stressful time.

We had a great experience with the care given. Staff recognized the immediate care needed and doctors were so prompt in giving care and explaining issue at hand. Dr. Nicole Stravinsky (sorry if last name is wrong) was exceptional and so caring and so we’re all the doctors caring for my cat for the days he was there. The techs were very caring also. Best thing was the Immediate care and staff knowledge and kindness. Regular updates were very much appreciated. Thank you everyone!

How do you really say goodbye to your dog; your first baby? Red was such a happy dog despite his face chronically looking sad. He wore it perfectly to sucker people into giving him food or love. He would make unrelenting eye contact until you gave in. And you usually did. He made a lasting impact on many people and had a way of making you feel seen. Especially those he thought might harm me or the kids. He was perfectly protective and there was never a day I feared harm from another person with him by my side. Watchful and unwavering. Red had aggressive bone cancer. Unknowingly, It had eaten away at his leg and made it like glass. He fractured his front shoulder joint and was lame in his front leg. I just want to thank the team at GSVS for helping me save a lost kitty i found on the streets of a noreaster. Lexi is home now safe and thriving! They took her in right away gave me honestly feedback, compassion and were all around great. Here she is now , happy to have a home. Thank you GSVS!!

Thorough exam and explanation, nice staff. Michael at the front desk was so kind and soft-spoken on the phone that he made me feel at ease like I could take my time and bring our dog as soon as we could and made me feel like I had a good hospital to take my boy to. Staff compassion, professionalism, and knowledge were top notch. Dr McKenna was excellent! Lucky to have this emergency vet within 30-40 minutes from our home which is in a remote location.
