Grove Bark Inn

So disappointed 😞! New to town, I have taken my dogs three times to be groomed. The first time was OK. The staff were very nice and I was comfortable leaving them. The second time one of my dogs was scalped around the face and neck. Razor burn was awful. I spent two days rubbing with coconut oil. Also, a growth on the shoulder was cut and still hasn't healed completely. Before I scheduled a 3rd I went in and shared pictures of the last time. I was matter of fact and calm but wanted my concerns voiced. I was told that the pictures would be shared with management, i never heard another word. They scheduled them with someone new at a special time. This week their scheduled grooming arrived. I dropped them off with high hopes. Four hours, then five and six hours went by and I heard nothing

The team at Grove Bark Inn are incredibly kind and thoughtful. We had to say goodbye to our sweet pup this past weekend and they went out of their way to help make our final hours with him special. We’ll be forever grateful for the love and kindness shown by their team. ❤️🐕

Grove Bark Inn and Zoom to Groom make every effort to provide exceptional services. I would highly recommend as we have been extremely satisfied with how they treat our 15 year old as well as our 9 month old mini schnauzers.

For the most part, we really liked Grove Bark. Our babies seemed to be taken well care of, I really appreciate the ability to watch them on the camera, the price point is decent, and it's really helpful that they board dogs who won't pass a temperament test. The only hangup I had is their reservation and drop-off system. We made a reservation for our two labs for a Villa style room. I requested this room specifically because I knew one of my labs wouldn't pass the personality test, and the Villas have a small dog run so they are still able to go outside. It's also bigger for the two dogs rooming together. Apparently, reserving a type of room isn't guaranteed? Because they ended up in a smaller Bungalow with no outside area. After seeing them on the camera, I called to see what was going on

We love Grove Bark inn. They take great care of our babies and are kind to crazy dog parents like us. It’s stressful being away from your babies. GBI is very responsive and communicative if there are any issues while we are away. We have two dogs on daily meds and they make sure it’s done. They also have cameras so we don’t feel so far away.
