When I tell you all how amazing Michelle is, I truly mean it. We have had a NIGHTMARE experience trying to find a groomer in GA who truly cares for your pet. After 3 years of me "grooming" my dog, I knew I needed help. Michelle took my call and listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that all would be well and that she wouldnt rush her time with my morkie as he has anxiety. She held true to her word and loved on him so much, even when he was being a bit spicy. My boy went from looking feral to looking like he was ready for classes at Harvard by the time she was done with him! I'm truly just so grateful to have found someone I can trust after being horrified w/ previous experiences. I’m always very pleased with Groovy Groomer’s work on Thumper ( our Dachshund). Michelle is always available for what ever Thumper needs.
I had a huge dog so she made time to take care of him after hours. Show her husband could help her lift my dog. This is a outside dog by his own choice and he was filthy. The groomer stripped his undercoat and gave him a bath. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and no complaint
