We have been cancelled twice as many times as our dog(s) have ever been groomed at this establishment. I love the service/pictures they provide, but absolutely can't keep dealing with the hassle of all the cancellations. I don't know how anyone can maintain that type of relationship as a business. Cancellations are always the morning of by text. The voicemail mailbox is always full and the only way to connect is by text. The text autogenerates a message and you never know if it has ever been read.

We took all 3 of our doodles there for the first time to get their summer shaves, and they did such a fantastic job! Their establishment was clean, the people were friendly & professional, attentive to every detail, and the dogs left happy! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much they genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs. When they were ready to be picked up they sent us a picture of our 3 handsome boys, and my husband especially loved that touch. It’s the best place we’ve ever taken our dogs to! I highly recommend Groovy Groomy to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality grooming service for their furry friends. My doodles and I couldn't be happier, and we will definitely be returning!

This was our first visit with our Yorky-poo. Our puppy had never been groomed before and from the first moment of texting with Paij, I was at complete peace. Meeting Paij was an absolute delight, and she was so amazing with our little puppy. I had no idea what to expect, but when I arrived to pick her up, I was BLOWN AWAY! I didn't know our already cute puppy could look even better, but I was wrong. Excellent work, so kind and you can just feel the love from Paij with what she does. Groovy Groomers has a customer for life! We could not be happier!!!

Paij did such a great job with our pups! She was able to read and describe their very different personalities before we even left her storefront while dropping them off for their first grooming appointment with her. She clearly cares deeply for the dogs she works with, and did such a great job on delivering exactly what we requested for their grooming. Having recently moved to the area, we’re so relieved to have found a groomer we trust and will happily bring our pups to from now on!
