Grooming tales groomed my two Himalayan kittens and did a fabulous job. I wasn’t sure what to expect due to their matting but they look just as cute with their new haircuts!

Karen groomed my precious Teddy Bear. He is very elderly, and, as a rescue we are unaware of his real name or past life. So, as you might expect he has special needs, and Karen was so very kind to him. He came out with a very short clip, which is what I requested because he has a tendency to lick his fur which causes digestive issues. He was calm and very happy and relaxed so I know he enjoyed it. By the way, I just waited for him, it was about an hour. That is much easier on an older dog than having to be there 3 and even4 hours. Teddy Bear gives Grooming Tales 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After giving all my dogs info on the phone when scheduling an appointment. I brought her to the scheduled appointment only to be confronted with the same questions and with her stating "you want her shaved." I said no and explained again what cut I wanted. She then said that's going to take longer than an hour. I notice a quick change her demeanor. I said yes it will. This was already discussed when I scheduled the appointment. She throws in the dogs age which is 16 (miniature poodle)and how she wasn't going to torture the dog (information that I gave her prior on the phone when scheduling.) As if taking a little extra time to do a nice job is torture. As apposed to a quick buzz cut and money grab. She then added that at this point in my dogs life that looks don't matter only her comfort.

March 13,2024 I brought my pit-bull puppy, Allie in for a nail trim. Jess handled my puppy with Love and Care. She had no concerns about her breed, I found that Very Comforting. Add Allie and I to the client list. Double the 5 stars. Thanks so much Your more than appreciated Audrey and Allie

I went here with my cat. They took her right away, handled her well, and didn't stress her out by taking too long. It was only $10 too! Would definitely take her agian.
