Over and above my expectations. I was so scared to take my 18-year-old cat in to get his mats removed. They did an absolutely amazing job. I was so afraid that he would be terrified, but he was like oh well that was an interesting experience.

The best groomers in all of Billings!!! We just got our 2 dogs nails trimmed and they were so gentle, the dogs had so much less anxiety and I can see them wanting to come back. This os the only groomers I’ll use from now on in Billings :)

My pup always looks super cute when she leaves. And they don't guilt shame me when she has a few matts from wearing clothes.
