Groomingdale's Pet Grooming

I am not from the area, but I am visiting family. I called because I hadn't realized how sharp my puppies nails have gotten. I needed a quick clipping but I realized it most likely won't happen, calling last minute. Unfortunately the nice lady that answered the phone forgot to put the phone on hold to ask the groomer if she could accept a last minute service. I heard the groomer lady being super rude and sarcastic about how busy she is. I get it, and I wasn't being rude about it. Check your attitude. There are a lot of great groomers in the area, don't give your business to these people.
