Groomingdale's

I have been taking my 2 pups here for a while. I have 2 Shih Tzu's very calm pups. I have to travel well over an hour to take them to this groomer. They always have appointments. Since we were from out of town, we would do our grocery shopping and such and have lunch while we waited for them to be groomed. In the beginning she would get them done in about 2 1/2 - 3 hours a reasonable amount of time. But, over time it would take longer and longer until it was 4 1/2 hours. This last appointment I told her we had to be done in 3 hours and 15 minutes as we had an appointment we had to go to in our town. When I arrived she gave me some spiel about having to put my pups ahead of another pup and that now she was 3 pups behind, and she didn't have time to cut their torso's. I paid and we left unha

Had an appointment yesterday,first time using Groomingdales. Jess did a perfect job,and staff very friendly. Price was almost half of what we were paying. Have Dublin (dog) set up for next appointment. Highly recommend.

They did a fabulous job with my little Shi Tzu! I had just adopted this little gal from the shelter and this was her first cut in quite some time. She did a great job and her groomer was wonderful! We have rebooked already for her next appointment with the same groomer 😊👍🏻👍🏻

I had my appointment for 2 of my dogs on a Thursday, they called me in the morning and canceled it due to “water problems”. The receptionist told me to call and reschedule Friday. I called Friday and she told me that the groomer is on the phone with her doctor and that she will call me back, I waited all day no one called me back. I waited till noon on Monday still no call so I called them asking what is going on ? They said sorry the earliest I can get you in is 3 weeks out .. are you serious ?!!! “We are just too busy” that’s what they told me. Absolutely terrible customer service, unreliable and I would not recommend them.

I've taken my Aussie to be groomed here 2 times. They listen to what I want done and my girl comes out looking perfect. I find their prices very reasonable as well.
