If I could give zero stars I would but system requires at least 1. I can’t even believe how many 5 star reviews were posted. I almost walked out just dropping my dog off. Place had strong urine and smoke smell. Just uncleanly in general. Grooming was awful, uneven layers and she even nicked her belly area. I will not be returning with my fur baby, and warn people if you don’t get good feeling when you walk in walk out!
Shannon is the best! Always accommodating! Bella & Chloe look so excited for their visit (lol), they actually do great when Shannon is “pampering” them. 😻😻
Highly recommend Shannon at Grooming Tails Pet Spa, she takes her time and always gives great advice for my pups. I take a Yorkie, Chihuahua, and a long haired mix breed to her and they all love her and her staff. They go above and beyond to make them look great and feel comfortable. She offers so much more then just hair cuts and bathing to make the pups cute. The new red shop is so adorable also. I added photos of my chihuahua, mix breed pup and Grooming Tails Pet Spa’s very own mascot that is always in the shop with her beautiful fun hair do.
This place is the best they take wonderful care in the animals and prices can’t be beat. Plus they will work with you with days and time. Highly recommend this place!
