Grooming Excellence

Patty was very rude and unprofessional. She told us that we could pick up our cat between 4-5PM. We arrived at 4:30PM and as soon as we enter the building she starts making snarky remarks about how she’s ready to close and was mad at the time we arrived then when those were the times we were given. She was beyond hateful and I HIGHLY recommend not going there. She is the definition of a Karen and I would not go there again even as a last resort.

Patty was very unprofessional. She has poor customer service skills and how she talks to her customers is very rude. I will not be going back. Fancy paws pet salon, and Samys pet mobile grooming services are the way to go forsure.

I brought my 18lb dog to get a bath and nails trimmed. She told me that she put a muzzle on her and that's how her toe got hurt. Does not have animal skills. Place was dirty cat hair everywhere.

We love the attention to detail and all the services that Patty gives to Lilly 🐶 Lilly gets a bath, nail trim and file, teeth cleaned and anal gland emptied. Thanks Patty 🐾💙

Patty is the only groomer that has been able to do anything with our little dog. He looked and smelled great when we picked him up.
