Customer Reviews
This product seems ok except for the sizing. I ordered a medium for my 16 lb dog thinking it would be generous. It was so tight I couldn't fasten it. I contacted customer service and their response was the that the harness was sized according to the manufacturer. This is a nonsensical response; they are responsible for the description of their product's sizing and I think few people would consider a 16 lb dog "large".
