Groomer Outlet Rowlett

Well deserved 5 ⭐️ stars! I have always used an in house groomer for my dogs and considered wanting to use Groomer Outlet. I spoke with Elsie and even tho I know I am an over the top type of dog mom, she offered patience and understanding of my concerns. So I took both my dogs in for the works. My Golden Retriever and rescue mix were pampered as promised and I couldn't be more pleased with Elsie and her team on how well they did on removing the thick undercoats and trimming and cutting them specific to my requests and their breed. I am not big on posting reviews but when I find a new business that is deserving of high praise. I am going to take the time to do it. I hope it will encourage others to trust them as I have. Chelsea was just groomed days ago and is still fluffy and smelling great. They did a great job on short notice. I would highly recommend this shop.

I will only bring my dogs here, after the first visit. I highly recommend! She is amazing! Both my dogs liked her as do I. She is gentle with my dogs and loved the family photos of her dog on the wall. She is reasonably priced and very customer service oriented. Thank you for your care of my beloved dogs.

I came to check this place out since several of my neighbors have recommended them. I took my 2 dogs for nail grinding today; she did an amazing job at a very reasonable price! I am so happy this place is here and will definitely be coming here on a regular basis for my dog’s grooming needs!

The beautiful ladies running this salon are all very kind and personable. This was my first groom with them, and they did an excellent job and even took special care to not put the blow dryer in his face because it stresses him out.
