Groom and Go has always done a fabulous job with my long-haired dachshund. He always comes back to the house running around because he feels so fresh. I love the convenience of them coming to my house and is a great comfort to my dog. They, also, communicate very well.
Paid $100 for our two dogs to get washed and nails clipped and they came back soaked and smelling worse than when they were brought there and one of the dogs foot was bleeding all over our house since they cut her nail too short on one foot. When we talked to them the were apologetic and tried to make it right and seemed nice.
They did a fabulous job with our Australian shepherd who was afraid of noises like blow dryers and such. Highly recommend them I will be taking my dogs to them from now on!
