Always great service and great prices! They make my dog really comfortable and it’s the only place he can actually sit still to get his nails cut 😅 They really have the pet’s best interest in mind and I will definitely stay a loyal customer💕

Groom A Rama really outdid themselves with this haircut! Prince has been a loyal customer since he was a puppy, and we LOVED Charlie RIP. Our entire family trusts Groom A Rama for our dogs' grooming needs. The only downside is that they are always fully booked, making it difficult for me to schedule regular appointments for Prince's haircut.

In looking for a new place to take my 3 pups I found Groom A Rama but after reading the owners response to some of the reviews I have to pass. There are better ways to respond to opinions /criticism without having to be argumentative and unprofessional!! The "Karen" comment and laughing face was rude and 100% unnecessary. Why not avoid being defensive and rude and instead acknowledged the feedback, trying to understand the message and if possible, develop a plan for improvement. You could've explained your reasons without being nasty. We are a big family and were all (5 families with 12 dogs and 3 cats) looking for a new groomer but will keep looking. As a successful business owner I would never respond to someone the way you did. If you do decide to reply to this message, try to learn
