Incompetent staff and very incompetent doctor , Dr. Marcus Larson @ Griffith Animal Hospital. I brought my 2 dogs in with diarrhea. My dogs have gone to this facility for several years. They gave my dog an antibiotic shot, oral antibiotics to take 2x a day at home, (forgot to give ear rinse )for 1 dogs ear infection, just gave ear drops. Dogs didn’t get better, I happened to read back of meds )for outer sores & oral hygiene)???not for diarrheal. I called in and spoke with the receptionist. She consulted with Dr. and said they gave wrong meds???! I was very upset and told them I want right meds. She explained not Dr. Larson’s fault , tech’s fault. I didn’t care whose fault, I spent $379+ to get them help and wellness, so I want correct meds. Dr. got on phone and says will not give any other

I needed a vet for my new furbaby. I had previously taken my senior dog to a highly rated vet and I’ve regretted that decision. I wish I’d of known to come to this place instead. Don’t let the negative reviews of this place turn you away. The staff here is kind and knowledgeable. I wanted to wait till I made at least 2 trips to this office before posting a review, just in case they were only nice bc I’m a new client. That is not the case. Both times they treated my dog with kindness. She was happy to go into the office the second time even tho the first time she went she had to get all her vaccinations. They gave her, her first nail clipping and she still came out tail wagging and happy. I was lucky to be there when there wasn’t any crazy emergencies- so we were in and out wi

I just started fostering two pregnant stray kittens. I have not taken them in to this vet yet, but they have been a wealth of information to me about how to help these kittens. When the time comes, I will be taking them in.

Place looked unkept. Came in for a specific issue and was told my pet needed other work done. She was given shots without anyone clarifying what they were. Vet had a cold and uninviting tone. Assistant were kind and helpful, talked to me after appointment about next step. Front desk gave me wrong receipt and told me the wrong total. My partner had to go back in the clinic twice for clarification of what was done and what was needed. Had an unwelcoming energy and felt like all the answers I was given was a bill to pay. Vet told me she couldn’t help me with initial issue I took my pet in for, and shrugged it off. She rolled her eyes and seemed like I was forcing her for her help. Will not be returning.

I love them they are the best. I took my Thirteen year old chiwawa in for a cyst the size of a golf ball. Most vets said no because of her age. They did not they gave me back my best friend. I could never repay their entire staff. Every one in this establishment truly loves animals. The staff is amazing and the doctor I wish there was more like her.
