This organization is a scam. The dogs are not service dog trained. When she delivers it and you have issues with its training, she tells you it takes a little while for the dog you settle in, in order to get your full payment. once she gets your money you’ll never see it again when you figure out the dog isn’t trained unless you take her to court. Then she gaslights you and accuses you of abusing said dog. I had a feeling it was too good to be true. Wish I’d trusted my gut feeling.

I am submitting a brief statement of my experience with Greyt Hearts Service Dogs, Inc (GHSD) of Woodford, Virginia. I wish to share my personal experience with this business so that future consumers can make a fully informed decision regarding a highly personal and serious decision to procure a service dog for themselves or a loved one. I purchased a psychiatric service dog for $10,000 in August 2020 and took possession of him in April 2021. Unfortunately, after letting Fezzik acclimate to his new surroundings, he was unable to perform his required tasks. I reached out to GHSD twice for assistance but ultimately I needed to return him that August. GHSD took possession of my former service dog and did not issue a refund, despite failing to provide the “fully trained psychiatric service do

Witnessed the trainer hitting one of the dogs with a leash really hard and then with her hand on the pup’s head. Absolutely horrible. The woman went inside JoAnn’s in Spotsylvania with one of the dogs and left the other in the van, the dog was breathing so hard, so stressed you could tell. Horrific! Do not leave your pups at this place!

I’ve seen two people so far that have been scammed by this company. Don’t fall for it and DO NOT purchase from this person. She doesn’t train the dogs at all and they aren’t treated well.
