Every single staff member is beyond amazing and so inviting! I always feel heard after each appointment and I always am 100% confident in the treatment plan for Rain. No appointment is ever rushed and no question I ask is brushed off. Both Rain and I are very grateful for Greendale Village Vet!

I can’t recommend enough! The entire staff is friendly, loving and knowledgeable. My dog is a rescue and can be timid but they treat her so well, make her comfortable and meet her where she’s at. They also have a new building that is so nice and has plenty of room along with separate spaces for dogs and cats in case there are multiple animals waiting at a time.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate vet, look no further. My dog has needed some extensive veterinary care and I thank my lucky stars that we were well established with Greendale Village Vet. Their entire staff is friendly. My dog has received the best care and recovered fully from his injury.

We followed Dr. Michelle McDonough from New Berlin. She is an amazing and compassionate vet and human. She and all the staff, techs and vets are the absolute BEST at what they do. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted with smiling faces you know you are in the right place. I recommend them to family and friends. We know our dogs are well cared for and get the very best care. Thank you all!

Since my first visit, I have only experienced AMAZING customer service. From the front desk, tech's, manager and MD's, hands down the BEST vet I have had in years.
