Our pup is family. For a second time in 6 months we brought her to see Dr. Tom. He is very good with her and she is very distrustful of men in general. She was in good health, he allayed our fears with a careful reassuring dissertation of what he found, he was patient with his explanations. 5 stars all day long
Staff and Dr.Tom was great assisting in my grand dogs vaccines
I had an emergency in July with my female chocolate Labrador retriever. It was right after the 4th of July. Let's just say the place was packed. It took 2 hours to see the vet. I was impressed with how they effectively took care of the 20+ dogs and cats, skipped their lunch break, and treated my poor pups hot spot and ear infection. I am grateful for the services of this small town vet.
What a pleasure to visit Great Brook Vet Clinic! They are all so kind, gentle, and caring! I find the walk in service to be very convenient.
