Gray's Smokin' Gun Bird Dogs

I highly recommend Grays, Mike and Amy were fantastic. I got videos and pictures of the training as well as details in progress. Mike honed my Brittany's natural skills. Near the end of training we did a field walk where Mike demonstrated her talents. After she was completed we also did a hunt at Red Rock ringnecks. Working with Mike was a great experience.

Phenomenal! Mike, Amy and Tyler are phenomenal. Oden, our six month old lab just finished a month of training and we couldn’t be more pleased! We did gun school and obedience training and Oden came home pointing, holding, retrieving and flushing. To top it off he also came home with very nice manners. Communication was great. We anxiously anticipated the daily text and email updates. It was so neat to be able to follow the progression. Mike and Amy sent us home with a great care package with a list of commands and training tools so we can continue to train at home. Oden will definitely be back for tune ups. We are so blessed to have found Gray’s Smokin’ Gun Bird Dogs.

Top marks all around! Mike and Amy are the absolute best to work with. Mike does not take a cookie cutter approach- he evaluates and trains every dog specific to that dog's personality and requirements. He also trains to the owner/handler's needs and requests. Amy is awesome with communications, providing updates via photos, videos and chat. They both stay in constant contact throughout the training period, keeping you informed and up to date. Our dog had a pretty serious issue from an experience with its previous owner. Mike quickly identified the issue, resolved it through training, and then built upon the confidence he instilled in the dog. We pretty much sent them Mr. Bean, and got Jason Bourne back. So glad we found them, scheduled with them, got to meet them, and got invaluable assis

This school is an amazing place. Mike and Amy are extremely knowledgeable to training hunting dogs. They spend individual time with you and your dog on the proper training techniques to make an outstanding bird dog. Highly recommend to anyone with a bird dog.

Highly recommend Mike and Amy, if you’re looking for hunting dogs training. Great communication throughout the process with very frequent updates and videos on the progress of your dog. You can tell they really love dogs and are great trainers. I had hit a roadblock with some issues with my dog. Mike really put in the time to understand the issues and get to the root causes which helped him move past those issues.
