I got to know the owner, Brittany, when she groomed my previous rescue dog who at the time was deaf, blind and demented. Two previous groomers were unwilling to treat my Genny because of her issues. Two different friends had recommended Brittany to me as I searched for a new groomer and 3rd time was a charm. Brittany was so very patient with my fussy dog and Genny looked awesome when grooming was finished. When I got my current rescue dog there was no question where I was taking her to be groomed. Brittany is talented and kind. I admire her as a businesswoman. I recommended Brittany to 2 other people who did use her services and they were equally as pleased. I highly recommend her.

I have a 16 yr old lab Gracie who is always in need of a nail trim. Gray paws was the first groomer in a long time that took the time to understand Gracie’s mobility issues and instead of trying to hoist her up to her grooming table, told me she’d rather not do that because of her back legs and she just sat on the floor and trusted herself in knots to get Gracie’s nails cut and the suggested she trim her paw hair that may help her from slipping on any floors. Seriously, who does that anymore.. actually go out of their way to accommodate older dogs… needless to say, this is the only place we’ll go now when old lady Gracie needs a nail trim.

Grey Paws Compassionate Grooming have this schnauzer family for life. The 1:1 attention, calm environment for my babies and attention to detail cant be compared to any other groomer. I am over the moon with the groom Brittany did on my dog! I adopted a big long-haired 5 year old Swiss shepherd about a month ago. The rescue did their best grooming him, but I was really struggling with his coat. There were small mats here and there and he really hated me touching his backend and tail. Brittany had him looking like a brand new dog! He was so soft and silky and I can now run a brush through his coat without issue. My dog has been so happy and content. I can tell he feels so much better. We're now on a regular grooming schedule with Gray Paws and I couldn't be happier!
