We were traveling through with our hunting dogs when the oldest got really sick. They had us come in after hours and couldn't have been more helpful

Crazy to me they’ll see other peoples new pets but not a locals pet. Called about getting my cat seen because she’s acting very sickly and it was ok to bring her in because they had time until she found out I’ve never been seen there before. Then all of a sudden they aren’t taking new patients & don’t have time , which is weird for a vet in my opinion.. I wouldn’t even bother trying to get into this vet. I have called them in the past and gotten the same answer about not taking “new patients”.

Great place they love your pets like their own

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. On 7-13 I brought my injured dog in to be checked out. I was told by the person who was at the front desk that the vet on duty was in surgery, the one coming on that afternoon had a full schedule. She then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t taking any new patients and they didn’t board. My dog was in pain and they showed absolutely no signs of common decency for him.

I called Grassland about taking out a staple that my original vet overlooked by accident. My vet said to reach out to them and see if they can do it, so I didn't have to drive the 2 hour round trip for a 30-second issue. ( I also drive those 2 hour round trip cause they aren't taking new patients at grassland.) Now instead of being professional about it and giving a professional answer the woman at grassland giggled and said she was to busy to handle a 30 second issue. The problem isn't being busy. I would understand that. IT'S THE GIGGLE. When you giggle about someone's pet and right it off as "not my problem, screw your pet." My next question is, what do you do if there is an emergency or life or death? Would the response be "oh were to busy"? This is not my first bad run-in with gras
