Customer Reviews
We had an emergency with one our animals late at night, I called 2 other places in the area, none of which would take us because we aren’t a client to them. Hannah didn’t bat an eye and was more than happy to help us! She called to update me on the condition so I was able to relax a bit. We vet locally as Lancaster is half hour from us but I will be switching my care for all my pets. The price was way lower than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
If you're looking for veterinary care for your animals, small or large, look no further than Grant County Veterinary Services. We have an elderly dog who had a drastic change in condition. No vet in the area would hardly help us with his care and support us. The dog began to lose weight and have seizures. After finally seeing 2 other area veterinarians with both giving us no answers, but telling us to just go to UW for specialty care (he needed a Critical Care Unit and Neurology) and not addressing the acute issues, Dr. Hannah was able to help us out! She squeezed our dog into her busy Saturday schedule and listened to our concerns, and expressed her findings and recommendations. She also gave us medications to aid in treating our dogs' new onset seizures and poor intake. Dr. Hannah and he
We have been going to Grant County Vets for awhile now! Even when it was Southwest Vet. Dr. Hannah and her staff are the most caring people we have ever met. Last year our boxer, Riley, got cancer in her front leg and had to be removed. They took wonderful care of her. Everybody loved Riley and Riley loved everyone too. Because of them, Riley was able to enjoy another year with us and everyone who loved her! This past August, her cancer came back and it was in her mouth, lungs and stomach. They helped us with the most difficult decision that our family ever had to make. They were very caring and helpful. The staff even got teary eyed as we sent Riley over the rainbow bridge! Definitely recommend!
Friendly staff. Clean waiting room and exam room. Knowledgeable veterinarian. Happy to take my animals there.
I took my cat here to get neutered and I got him back with fleas. When I called and asked them if he could have picked it up from here I was told no and that he would have been treated. My cat does not live with other animals nor go outside. Not happy with them, definitely not going back
