As we count our blessings this year my family and Sam want to thank everyone at Grand View for all the love and excellent care our pup received from the staff. We never had to worry ever when Sam was having a "grand day out" or while boarding, most times he knew where he was headed as soon as we turned on route 21, his excitement was so great to see. Special thanks to Cassandra and Shannon for all the support you have given me over this year. We needed a place for our dog to stay on short notice while we attended functions at Alfred University for our daughter. We were coming from a long distance and were staying over at a pet friendly hotel, but needed a place for our dog during the day. We found Grand View online, read their great reviews, and decided to see if they could help us. They really did. It was a relief to know that while we were at the college, our dog was being cared for by people who really care about your pet, making them comfortable in a nice environment, and working with us to make our schedule work. We appreciate all they do, at a great price, and would definately recommend their services.

Longtime grooming client for my Golden Retrievers. My pups always have the best experience with Grand View Care. Plus, they look amazing after every session!!! They don't groom dogs, they care for & love each one of them.

They took amazing care of my dog. I had to board her last minute and she made it so much easier and made me as well as my dog feel so welcomed. I highly recommend them. She gave my updates and sent me pictures of my dog which I really appreciated. My dog seemed very very happy there.
