Grand Strand Animal Hospital

I have tried about four different clinics in the Myrtle Beach area and have been highly dissatisfied with everyone, until I was recommended from a friend to come here! I seriously cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dean. He has a wonderful beside manner. He is compassionate and I just genuinely get the sense he cares. I could tell my sweet pup felt the same. Corey was great also :) Thank you, Dr. Dean for exuding your love for animals in your work, words cannot explain my appreciation and gratitude.

We were on an extended vacation and had our dog with us. She had concerning symptoms that led us to Dr. Dean's animal hospital. Friends highly recommended Grand Strand Animal Hospital. We arrived on a Monday morning, just as they opened, and explained why we were there. We are so very thankful to be able to see Dr. Dean without a delay, even though he had never seen our dog before. The vet suggested bloodwork and an X-ray, which revealed a stomach mass that required immediate removal. He walked us through each step with great expertise and compassion. He took her as soon as possible into the operating room and did a beautiful job with the operation, suture, and follow-up tests. He called us along the way to keep us abreast of her progress. What can I say.bThis place is amazing. They are very well educated and really know what they are doing. I love this place. My vet is awesome He really cares, they are all actually and friendly, so friendly. I have yet to find a animal hospital where they are not just all miserable and nasty and make you feel as though you aren't good enough for their time then charge you and arm and leg but not at grand stand, not only are they professional, well educated with years of experience they're good with your pets, truly care and really want the best for them, prices are reasonable, great considering the excellent service you are getting. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Vet is wonderful. Took great care of my cat. The place is also very clean and welcoming. Calm environment for pets who may be a little nervous.
