Warmth and Companionship.. is what you feel within minutes of your first visit. This is a no-kill animal shelter that is one of the finest I've seen. The animals are well-cared for and the staff are truly dedicated. Being a disabled Veteran battling PTSD/Bi-polar disorders, I am unable to provide for a dog on a permanent basis. But I love animals, and I have found solace by volunteering to walk dogs at the facility while I am in town. If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, this is the place for you!

We adopted our buddy there, and all I can say is that you can tell they do things the right way. the staff is awesome and will try to find you the best match and as a bonus, our baby was already chipped, fixed and had all his shots current, meaning we saved a lot on vet visits.
