We have used them for yrs and never once disappointed. The staff are great! Dr. Valerie is an amazing. Always gives you the comfort of knowing she will take care of your pet. Prices are affordable, which now a days is a blessing! Only complaint is i wish they would get 2nd phone line due to the high call volume its kind of hard to get an answer. Word of advice definitely always be willing to wait since its 1st come 1st serve, but honestly worth it.

They saved our beloved pretty cat's life! Someone poisoned him with antifreeze, and he was under their wonderful care for a week. Absolutely the best, most caring folks!

I brought my senior dog in and Dr Val is getting her fixed up. She’s got a bad heart murmur and heart failure I live in Athens and traveled here and will continue to do so. I called so many vets in Athens and none could get us in for a week. She needed to be seen before then and didn’t want to go to UGA for a min of 2k to be seen. We are going back for a follow up and to bring the other two dogs I have to establish care. Appreciate that you don’t have an appointment. We did wait about 3.5 hours but it was totally worth it.

I would leave a good review for their services, however, we live a good ways off and need to schedule to have our girls spayed. Every time, and I do mean “every time” I call the phone is busy. There is no answering service, no way to communicate with them whatsoever. When I finally got ahold of someone on FB was told to drive there to make an appointment but we’re retired and simply can’t afford to do that! They offered no other alternative. The last time we went we waited 4 hours. When I asked how many were ahead of us we were told a 12. We had to leave because of the heat. It was just too much. Looks like we will have to go elsewhere and spend more money that we don’t have be to spend.

We had to put our baby down but they were very loving and respectful in the whole process. Thanks for making this process as peaceful and relaxing for our baby.. We will miss you Calista!
