Very compassionate and caring. She told me the straight truth and didn't sugar-coat the issues with my cat. He's a 16 year old cat with multiple health issues and I don't expect him to live much longer. She understands where I'm coming from and is working with me to keep him comfortable as long as he does live.
She is great. Explains very well.
