GoodVets West Midtown

I was initially impressed with GoodVets West Midtown, but recently, a vet tech attempted a heartworm test on my Yorkipoo multiple times. After the second attempt, I was told the test was fine. However, a few days later, when I called about another matter, I was informed my pup had a potential infection and needed re-examination. This issue would likely have gone unnoticed had I not called. My advice is to request Jasmine when booking your appointment or consider another clinic.

We had the best experience at GoodVets! The office is super clean and modern, and the front desk was so kind, they got us checked in and in a room right away and answered any questions we had. Jasmin (the vet tech) was soooo sweet and so excited to meet our dog, which helped calm her little vet anxiety. Dr. Cotton was amazing too, gave us a ton of helpful tips to keep our girl healthy, and honestly felt like he cared for her as if he’d known us forever. Also, their wellness plan is a total game changer. We were able to use it same day… what would’ve been over $900 ended up being just $60 for her meds. Huge relief. Highly, highly recommend GoodVets!! Great team, modern space, and they really care about your babies.

just unbelievable. my cat is 7 years old and i have had other pets, and this cat has had other vets. My cat, nala, gave us a real scare when she suddenly had trouble breathing. Doc Cotton and his staff, are just world class. I feel like I am going to the Mercedes Benz of vet clinics. They have fantastic online systems for setting appts, communication, and exporting records. they always answer the phone right away if I need to make a call. the facility is a beautiful place, easy parking, easy access… and most importantly I believe they saved my baby’s life. I would give ten stars if i could. Great prices too!

I signed up for the GoodVets TotalCare Base plan for my pet, and it’s been really helpful. The free exams and rabies shot made the first visit super easy, and the discounts have saved me a bit already. I just wish the pricier procedures had a bigger discount, but overall I’m happy with it.

Dr. Cotton out of the West Midtown location is the best there is! He is always so kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable while taking special care of my pup. My dog’s visits don’t feel like a routine vet where little care is taken into the things I’m saying. You can tell he actually cares about the well-being of your pets and gives extremely personalized feedback/checkups. I’d also like to mention Jasmine. She has been a pleasure to work with and is always so excited to see Rian and embraces my pups hyperactive temperament while professionally getting through her services and getting her prepped for Dr. Cotton. She always makes sure I leave having all the information I need. This is a great facility. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean space with kind staff that care
