Everyone was welcoming, patient, and truly cared about my dog’s comfort. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure my dog felt safe and calm during the visit. The clinic is clean, organized, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood the treatment plan and next steps. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary team!

It was Fuzzy s first time at Good Vets Taco Hills. And the staff was absolutely amazing with Fuzzy. He wasn't feeling great he was treated with love and he was very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Good Vets Taco Hills. Went again on January 29th for a re check and Fuzzy is still not feeling well but he had a little bit of a rough time that day, but the Staff was very patient with him.

They didn’t even know we had an appointment and mixed us up with another pet owner. Then asked us to send the last 6 months of invoices stating we hadn’t been paying for the plan even though I’ve had a charge taken from my account every month since we’d been going there. The vet said aloud walking out of the room from talking with us “how did we end up scheduling the wrong pet?”. just all around in line with the previous experiences we’ve had at this location. Not to mention they told us we had to pay for the nail trim service stating that we used all of the services in our plan only to actually look into it and find we had not. We were originally sold on this plan that apparently included everything we would need for our pet and then when we put him on the recommended flea/tick medication

This was a great experience for both my cat & I ! It was extremely affordable, no pop-up fees (i called and asked about pricing prior), the sweetest staff. They took me in early and got me out quickly. I left extremely informed and happy about my experience that I was originally nervous about. Thank you Kalilah for be the best ! I hope we are able to work with you again

Dr. Fultz and staff are so good with our blind senior pup, Louie Pepe! We love everyone there and the space is always immaculate! Thank you, Good Vets Toco Hills for loving our sweet Louie as much as we do!!
