We have been coming to this vet for many years. And recently moved to Roswell. Koko had some GI issues so went to a vet near house. The service wasn’t as great as here. So we drove to visit here. Koko feels very comfortable here. Reservation system holds your spot on reservation. Very clean and kind. Staff and Doctors are very professional and thoughtful. They are very upfront with cost as well. We will never change our vet for sure.

Dr Remer is a wonderful and very smart vet. She was open minded to a plan that would work with my budget. She loved my little fur baby and took extra care with her. A reasonable practice that perfectly fits in the community. Thank you, Dr. Remer.

Shayna (sp?) was amazing, we have 2 high anxiety dogs and she did a great job and calming them and was even able to cut their nails. This was the calmest they have ever been during a vet visit. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the service I received today for my rescued kittens. I was forced to repay for a doctor’s visit simply because I originally went to another GoodVets location, and the doctor at this location hadn’t personally seen them. What’s the point of being able to go to different GoodVets locations if your pets are supposedly “linked” to a specific doctor — especially when their doctors rotate between locations? To make matters worse, there was no communication about this policy anywhere on their website or when I called to schedule the appointment. This should have been clearly explained at the time of booking. The lack of transparency makes the experience feel like a money grab, and it’s disappointing from a company that promotes convenience and compassionate care.

Layla was seen by Dr. Ramos & Dr. Reimer starting in 2019 at Cumberland Animal Clinic. They are brilliant, compassionate veterinarians so following them to GoodVets Dunwoody was a no brainer. We have been at this location now for a year or two. I am saddened to end our time with Dr. Reimer but I am unable to come to the office monthly for Layla’s epilepsy medications. I have mentioned several times that I do not drive. I am low income and in college, I scrape by & save everything just for Layla to receive care here. It’s been made clear to me no accommodation will be made, and I feel that Layla and I aren’t welcome here, I’m not the target clientele. I tried explaining my situation to the front desk and asked for a call back. I received a text that they sent the prescription as a “courte
