Gone to the Dogs Salons

Quit going here six months ago. First they never answer the phone and the groomers I’ve had while I was going there were crabby. Even after I left a 40 tip for nail grinding and grooming— Didn’t even say thank you or acknowledge my existent . The last straw was when I had a 9:00 am appointment and they left my tiny chihuahua in a crate with no food or water for 4 hours. The stress my dog must have endured doing this. Didn’t start grooming her till 1pm. Sickening. What’s the point of the appointment then? Bad customer service- no way to call and check on pet, can’t even pay in store but on some stupid app. When you go in it’s not unusual to stand there 15 minutes until someone graces you with their presence at reception. This is not a way to run a business with are beloved dogs

I love getting my dog groomed here! She looks beautiful EVERY TIME! Everyone is so professional and nice! They are also very responsive when it comes to making appointments, definitely found my forever grooming spot!

I live in the community and this would have been a convenient option for grooming my dog. Unfortunately, the salon declined to service my dog for a few reasons: my dog is too big, too inexperienced, has an uncommon coat type, and might bark when meeting new people. I also waited two days for a response in which time I could have made other arrangements. It seems like others are having a good experience, but before trying to make an appointment I recommend making sure your dog meets their grooming requirements.

Great place to get you dog groomed!

I phoned them to make appt. to get both my dogs nails trimmed. The young lady who answered said they had open appts, but she couldn't make appt. over phone. So, I went online immediately after hanging up the phone to secure an appt. Shortly, I received email saying they didn't have anything for 3 months. All this transpired within 10 mins. I am NOT a new customer. Idk if they changed owners, but treatment I received was rude. Not going there ever again.
