Davina(I think, apologies if I remembered wrong.) at the front desk is very pleasant and friendly and made me feel welcome despite my constant need to talk to strangers. The nurses and doctors are also polite and straight forward. They had me in and out without me having felt like anything was rushed, they were thorough. Price was totally reasonable as well. Would recommend bringing pets here and I will be back. Thanks!

If you are in the area of Placerville or El Dorado county this is the place you'll want to come to. They are accommodating and the ladies ive spoke with in my appointments have *Pristine* attitudes and listen to me on my concerns and actually want to help. If you want *Honest* and *Caring* then come to this veterinarian. I've been to alot in town and this place seems to have really *Good Intentions* Was not discouraged and was more than happy :)

My German Shepherd is very nervous at the vet’s office. Everybody there always treats her so softly and gently but there’s just something about being there that makes her uncomfortable. Dr Glavis did a comprehensive exam and our tech Katie really went above and beyond with our scary looking cream puff. I literally pass dozens of different vets to get to this office, but it’s such a relief to see our girl treated with such kindness.

UNFORTUNATELY, I had a HORRIBLE experience!! The front desk lady (I believe her name was KATIE) was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The fact that she openly gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes at me makes me feel extremely apprehensive to bring my cat back here. I’d rather take him somewhere with genuinely friendly and kind staff where I know he would be well looked after. If Katie is this openly disrespectful, who knows how she is with animals when no one is looking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
