Golden Wood, Happy Valley

I absolutely love golden wood for services for my corgi. They are fantastic with him and he comes back to me even better than I dropped him off. Facility is very clean and up to date in a very secluded and private area. He was there for an extended stay while I was on vacation and they took very good care of him and sent photo updates regularly. He was well groomed and cared for when I picked him up. They have lots of additional services and add ons to choose from in different packages. I dont take him anywhere else in the area. I highly recommend this dog boarding and grooming facility for anyone needing services for their dogs while on vacation.

Our cat had a BLAST at Golden Wood Happy Valley. They were recommended by our vet and this was our first time boarding a pet, so we were nervous but they treated our cat like a queen. She threw up on the way there and they cleaned her carrier for us no charge, and they were so kind about it. The staff adored her, sent selfies with her, and treated her like their own cat. They were delighted to tell us how wonderfully she did at the end of the trip! Special thanks to Savannah, Cheyenne, Alexa, and Nicole for all their lovely notes and pictures of our cat throughout the trip. We are so pleased to have a go-to place for our cat if she needs to stay somewhere while we travel. Thank you!

I absolutely love Golden Woods for their services and staff that work greatly for our sweet Muffin. For her second stay, she was surrounded by love and absolutely loved her stay at Golden Wood! Would highly recommend this kennel for anybody who is looking for a place to take their pets to while out of town.

Wow. What can I say? Our little Shih Tzu loves to stay at Golden Wood. When we enter the lobby our dog is greeted by name, usually by a chorus of staff members. They always seem happy to see her. We appreciate the photographs with brief notes to let us know how she is doing—playing with friends in group play or having fun in the snow. We feel comfortable while we are away knowing our little one is in good hands.

I adore bringing my fur babies here!! The staff are always so caring, and it always feels safe and clean for my pets. Theo definitely enjoys his time with all the wonderful staff, and loves getting his daily cuddles in! Highly recommend to ALL pet owners!! 🩵
