golden touch pet grooming is the best. i was nervous when moving to a new city that i wouldn't be able to find a groomer that would be a good fit for our situation. here they have a lot of patience and equally as much care and passion for these animals! i feel very safe leaving my dog there knowing she is getting a lot of love and care when she's at golden touch.

This is the second time I had taken my dog to this place. First time was great and she did an amazing job and my dog seemed to like her so I had went back for a second and shouldn’t have. the experience was stressful and poorly handled. The staff didn’t seem very patient or gentle, and my dog was clearly uncomfortable the entire time. The nails were cut unevenly, and two even bled a little, which really worried me. I expected more care and professionalism from a pet shop offering nail services. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place for nail cutting — your pets deserve a calmer and more careful experience.

We have been using them for over 5 years and it has always been wonderful!! Our dog gets anxiety around strangers and other dogs, but he always leaves there with a smile on his face!! They show great care and love for our fur babies!! I have shared a before and after of my lil guys face!!
