Kathy is wonderful and her service is outstanding. As a pet owner you gauge how good someone is by how happy your pet is. My lab is incredibly content and that says it all. I like the communication platform and Kathy is great with all interactions with pet and owner. I’m extremely happy to have found her she’s invaluable.

What an amazing family owned business! You feel the warmth from the first call. Kathy & Douglas are beyond sweet and take great care of my fur babies, Toby & Donna. Free initial consultation, daily reports & photos throughout my trip. What more could a dog mom ask for?! Golden tails helped us in a pinch many times! They are very attentive, professional, and caring! They always keep me updated while taking care of our fur babies and are very easy to work with. They take care of our babies like their own!

Lola and Toby are my 2 very spoiled babies. Toby is super difficult when it’s time to eat but this was not a problem for Katherine, Betty, Cristina and Lauren, who were very patient and loving and they even fed him with their hands to get him to eat. My babies also had their medications on time and were taken out to walk and play. They were both so happy when I got home. They not only took very good care of my babies but they also took the trash out and I got home to clean bowls and wee wee pads. This is not the first time I use Golden Tails service and every time I hire them they excede my expectations. I highly recommend Golden Tails.
