Glitz and Glam Pet Grooming

Alyssa at Glitz and Glam Pet Grooming did wonderful with my rescue pup and make her feel very comfortable. Alyssa even offers pick up and drop off for her clients which is amazing and very convenient. My pup came back smelling like designer perfume and her fur was so soft! Definitely recommend Glitz and Glam Pet Grooming!

Alyssa had my dogs from 7am until 9pm. I was lied to for 4 hours that she was dropping other dogs off and was on my way to my house with mine. I had never used her before and was very upset that my dogs had been taken. After hours of excuses and my husband and I waiting to meet her for 40 minutes at Super One, she ask that I come pick them up at her place. When we got there we were told she was still working on one of my dogs. I left with one dog not finished being groomed. I am unable to be refunded for 1/2 of the drop off fee and my dog not being groomed.

Please do not take you dogs here. The first time I brought my male Yorkie there he sustained a cut to the neck. She said he turned unexpectedly while she was cutting his coat. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried her services again. She does not deliver what she promises and allowed another dog to spray my all ready groomed Yorkies with urine. Very unprofessional. Please seek your grooming services elsewhere.

I've had my Miniature Poodle groomed by Alyssa (owner) several times. I absolutely love her professionalism, reliability & responsiveness. Im very well pleased with the services Alyssa offers. 5 stars!

This is by far the worst place to take your babies. The owner decides after you pay she wants to tack on prices for bows and other unfounded stuff. I literally had to call the police to get my babies from this woman. And after all the money they looked a mess and was not bath. A lesson well learned if you can’t go into a facility to see where your babies are being groomed don’t leave them. Another things is she has all kinds of excuses to why your dog isn’t ready and thinking I would leave my babies overnight.. Never again.
