Give a Dog a Bath

Kendra's knowledge and expertise about the social, emotional, and physical well-being of dogs goes far beyond a typical groomer. She has helped us navigate doing the best for our two dogs for the past several years. We are so lucky to have such a great groomer in North Adams. After two years of regular visits, our Vet tells us that the skin condition of our Golden is as perfect as it can be, and his shedding is down. Kendra made the difference. Been going to Kendra for 18 months now and we are so grateful for her! Our dog has a lot of skin sensitivity issues and Kendra easily navigates them all to make our pooch more comfortable! She recently recommended a spray she concocted herself . . . it cured our dog's dry skin, reduced her hotspots and made her fur as soft as it is after she is groomed! It was seriously a miracle cure! We are so thrilled to have found Kendra. She is so great with Hugo & Victor, making them feel comfortable and giving them super cuts. In the past, they were afraid to be groomed but for the first time seemed comfortable and happy to be there. It was great to have such personal attention. The salon is clean and quiet and perfect to leave your fur friends. The cuts look great and she even cleans their teeth! North Adams has a great groomer. We are very lucky!

Kendra is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about Kendra! She is so kind, knowledgeable, and will bend over backwards to help and accommodate our needs. From the first appointment, she has always shown our boy, Joey, so much love and care. I will never forget the very first advice she shared with me at the first appointment - "If Joey ever gets sprayed by a skunk, immediately lather his fur with hair conditioner!" Well, a few weeks ago, it happened... I remembered her advice and I must say, the hair conditioner worked wonders and saved us!!! Thank you Kendra for always being so wonderful, and loving our boy as much as we do!

Awesome service and my dog really loves the treatment and Kendra. She really is amazing with dogs and people alike. So glad I chose her for our fur babies grooming needs. It was all ear to ear smiles for my boy bullet. 😃
